What are you trying to achieve? Do you expect Liferay to provide those APIs to your custom module? Are you deploying them but have problems using them? Do you want to use them in Liferay's out-of-the-box-modules, e.g. in ADT?
In short: Go ahead and deploy the modules you need. There's no need for Liferay to "support" them. It definitely does
not "
not support" them (note the double negation, on purpose)
