Not effecting changes done in root folder fckeditor js files

Hi all.

I added youtube plugin in fckeditor. and updated fckconfig.js file and restarted server but nothing get effected. to check js files are updating or not i removed fckeditor toolbar set from fckconfig.js file still nothing effected only normal fck editor is showing so how can i updet liferay root js files using hook or directly from server root folder ...pls suggest me
