Mac OS can't see the portals exported

When I start the server from eclipse ide I get this error and I do not know what it is emoticon

I have:
Eclipse IDE 2.1
Portal 6.2 and her plugin sdk

When the launcher finish the server wake up but when add a portlet does not appear none portlet, I think that this error has to do with not showing any new portlet

when add a portlet appear that in console:

so the import to portal is good no? why can't see the portlet?
