Missing "Project → Liferay Code Upgrade Tool"

Hi

I would like to upgrade my portlet so I followed these instruction : https://dev.liferay.com/develop/tutorials/-/knowledge_base/7-0/adapting-to-liferay-7s-api-with-the-code-upgrade-tool

Yet I don't see the button "Project → Liferay Code Upgrade Tool".

I installed the satble version of Liferay IDE also I already have the problem ...
(I followed this link https://dev.liferay.com/develop/tutorials/-/knowledge_base/7-0/installing-liferay-ide)

Plz, suggest.

It's not in the stable version, it is currently only available in the 3.1 milestone releases.
