Product Navigator menu hide my account options

How can we hide some of the sections from My Account drop down? From the following options if we want to keep only Signout how can we hide remaing options?

Account Settings
My Workflow Status
My Sync Devices
Notifications
My Submissions
My Organizations
SignOut

Hey Suresh,

If you are using Liferay version <= 6.2, you can create specific role without permissions for mentioned parts( Control Panel -> Users -> Roles -> Create -> Define permissions) and assign that role for all the users you want to control.

If you are using Liferay 7 it is possible to stop mentioned modules and remove them for all the users, including administrator.

Thanks Pavel. i was trying on Liferay 7. using JSP fragment I can try overriding "my_account.jsp" for module product navigation module.

Hi

I`m using liferay 7.0 CE, I`m trying to hide below submenu under "My Account" for site users:-

My Workflow Tasks,
My Sync Devices,
Notifications,
My Submissions and
My Organizations

I tried by
"Control Panel -> Users -> Roles -> User -> Define permissions" ,
attached image for reference.

When I visit this page i see they are already unchecked. Even when I click save button those items are still shown in menu. Do you have any idea how i can fix it?

I am seeing an almost similar behavior. I am using LR 7 - fix pack 31.
When I save these after unchecking "Access in My Account", all work(gets invisible) except "My Organizations" (still shows up).
