Add Portlet to dockbar - Liferay 7

Hi,
I have requirement to add few portlets like Users Admin,Site Map,etc. in dockbar add application menu.

In liferay 6.2 I have done it by adding dockbar.add.portlets=56,101,110,71 property to portal-ext.properties.

In liferay 7 I am not able to see that property in portal.properties. How to achieve it in liferay 7?

Also I m trying to embed the portlet in web content display using runtime-portlet tag in liferay 7. But its not working.

There is no dockbar in Liferay 7.

If you're talking about putting into the side panels, you have to pursue the panel app interface.
