Liferay role-based workflow configuration/Bypass workflow for admin

Hi All,
I am using Liferay 6x + JBoss Bundle with Kaleo workflow engine.
Currently whenever "content-editor" user submits web content for publishing it goes to workflow as I have defined workflow for web content. Then "content-approver" assigns that workflow to task himself and approves. So far so good.

Now, if "content-approver" or "admin" user adds some webcontent, I want to avoid this workflow. Any suggestion where this workflow can be configured based on roles?

Are you asking us how to add <script> tag to the Kaleo workflow <action> tag to change the status to approve based on submitter's role?

I really dont know how to implement the use-case as mentioned in my above post. You can suggest the best possible way to implement, and I will follow that.

have you got your answer ? I want also same thing to avoid workflow for admin.
