LR6.2CEGA6 Hook Version, Description in admin console

Hi,

I am using LR6.2CEGA6 and I have developed a hook plugin. I would like to show the version and description in the admin control panel.

I see the liferay-plugin-package.properties file and added a name property, short-description, but the name is the war file name, the version is unknown and the short descritpion is now shown.

Ultimately, we want to show the git commit version and commit date in the control panel.
