Error Reply on Private messaging portlet

The portlet works fine with new message, instead when I try to reply in a thread, the message " La tua richiesta non è andata a buon fine". (which translates to "your request could not be completed") appears. I don't have any error message on server or JS console.
If I switch to English language, it works fine.

I use Liferay 6.2 GA4 with Social Office 3.0 and Google CHROME.

Do you have any suggestion to solve this issue ?
