Too many portlets embedded in home page

Too many portlets embedded in home page

There are too many instances of portlets associated to our home page. Most of these portlets are not incorporated in any layout, these instances has not preferences. In PREFERENCES column of table PORTLETPREFERENCES they have the following value “<portlet-preferences></portlet-preferences>”.
We can see the list of these portlets in “Embedded portlets” of the home page. As result our clients spent too many time in order to get access to this page. Sometimes, we have to delete these instances. After deleting these instances, more are created and we have not detected in which point are added these empty portlets (we have reviewed *vm, *tld, structures and templates).
Please, could you help us to know in which point are instantiated these empty portlets? Take in account that we have checked our structures, templates, *.vm and *.tld files.
Our environment is the following: Liferay 6.2 GA4 with Oracle 11g and Tomcat.
