Can we create our own .lpkg file which consists some couple of war files.
If yes, how can we create ?
Please guide.

Technically: yes, you can. It's a zip file with the war files and metadata. However, I have not seen the format documented and I believe that it's only used for marketplace plugins - chances are you'll have to reverse-engineer the marketplace portlet or LPKG-deployer and hope that it won't change.

My big counter question is: What's the problem you're trying to solve with this?
