How to create jps's,java classes,service.xml file in single module in 7

Hi guys,
I have one requirement.I need to create a module with jsp's, java classes and service.xml in liferay 7. So which template is choose to achieve this functionality in liferay 7. Could you please replay any knows about this.

There is no supported way for doing this.
