Liferay 7 JSF Portlet xhtml location

On Liferay 6.2 I used to quick edit the xhtml pages in the exploded war file. On Liferay7 I have been unable to find these files for quick editing.
Is this still possible? Where are the files deployed too? I already tried to use an exploded war file in osgi/war directory but that wasn't working.
It would be good to have some kind of overview how the deployment is actually working.

What is the planned release date for Liferay Faces for Liferay 7? Jira has empty release dates.

Hi Patrick,

Are you an Eclipse user? If so, there is a nice feature in Liferay IDE that gives you JRebel-like fast editing of your source project files that are made instantly available to the deployed OSGi module. I know it works for JSPs, but it might also work for XHTML. For more info, see the section titled "Liferay IDE / Liferay Developer Studio" in my blog post titled New Maven Archetypes for JSF Portlets.

Regarding a production release that supports Liferay 7, our goal is to release next month (August 2016).
