Reg: Wiki Child Pages giving 404 if having japanese title

Hi All,
When we are using japanese title for child pages created using wiki portlet , the child page links (displayed in portlet) are not accessible.
It is giving 404 in front end & also in tomcat access logs checked .
The same links are accessible when accessed via Wiki display portlet since there are few extra parameters appended in Wiki display portlet.

when accessed via wiki display the link is like follows (WORKING CASE)

https://XXXX.com/people?p_p_id=54_INSTANCE_8kNAa23iMOMR&p_p_lifecycle=0&p_p_state=normal&p_p_mode=view&p_p_col_id=column-1&p_p_col_count=8&_54_INSTANCE_8kNAa23iMOMR_struts_action=%2Fwiki_display%2Fview_page&_54_INSTANCE_8kNAa23iMOMR_nodeName=Main&_54_INSTANCE_8kNAa23iMOMR_title=%E6%97%A5%E6%9C%AC%E5%9B%BD

when accessed via wiki the link is as follows ( NOT WORKING case)

Any pointers to resolve the issue would be great ?
