Control Panel Basic Site Setting is disabled For Admin User

Hello All,

Control Panel Site Setting is disabled for Admin . Can't able to change the site URL . Is there any option to disable and enable it? Any ideas?
There is no client side/back-end error on consoles. Kindly check the attachment to get more idea.

Server: Liferay 6.1GA2 EE Tomcat Server

Is the site set up now or previously for remote staging?

Thanks for your quick replay.
Site is already setup it's not for remote staging. May be earlier it was working we are not sure when it's disappeared.

Oh, I just saw that you're EE - have you contacted Liferay support yet? They may have already encountered this issue before and may be able to help you quickly resolve it.

For me, I'd start by suggesting getting up to SP5 (SP2 is like 2 years old and likely excludes bug fixes, performance enhancements, etc that are in SP5).

Based on reviewing the code for SP5, it looks like that panel may be disabled if the site is managed by a site template, but that's just a cursory review. I'd reach out to support for a better answer.

Yes it's EE server. We thought may be it's minor configuration we are missing otherwise we could have raised to Liferay team. Below are the security patches that already installed.

I'm not sure which hotfix is SP5. However i tried by inactive site template still the same view.
