Can't install Liferay Plugins SDK 7.0 in new Eclipse

After installing Eclipse Mars 2 Release (4.5.2) and even Neon Release (4.6.0) I can't find option "Installed SDKs" as seen in screenshot:

I was able to use option "Installed SDKs" in older versions of Eclipse like Kepler as shown here:

I've posted the problem on Eclipse forums, but they told me: "If your problem is with Liferay plug-ins, you'll need to seek help from the provider of that;"
Is there another way to install SDK 7.0?

I am having the same problem with Neon, locating SDK for LR 6.2. Earlier Eclipse versions work, however I'm using a high def display and earlier versions don't play well with this newer screen technology, although Neon works great. I found this older post searching for a solution today. Anyone out there run into this issue and resolve it? Any other way to get the IDE to recognize the SDK location? Thanks!

You have to use the Import option to work with a Plugins SDK now. And you can only have one SDK per workspace now.
