2. Install https://sourceforge.net/projects/lportal/files/Liferay%20IDE/3.0.0%20GA1/updatesite/

Is this still a question about eclipse? What did you do - what do you see in the logs? You'll need to provide a bit of context if you would like to get meaningful help. Which version are you running? How do you start it.

And if it's independent of the above eclipse issue, please rather start a new thread than changing the topic in an existing one.
