Liferay use Akismet (https://web.liferay.com/marketplace/-/mp/application/21261828). If Akismet feel your comment activity unusual, it mark that as spam. Liferay Moderator review that post and if post content is not spam, they delete spam tag from that.

Thanks for the info. For the some reason it was because quoting¿? I tried answering back without quoting and it went well

Usually we review marked spam posts within a day, if you think your post may have been overlooked you can email [e-mail]
