undeploy initialisation hooks

I deploy 2 hooks for initializing my portal and add some initial data. Later I added manually more Expandos, Roles, Sites etc. manually. And I do not need these 2 hooks in my portal. Can I simple undeploy these hooks from my portal? E.g. Delete webapp folder from tomcats "webapps" dir?

Yea, you can just delete them from webapps to undeploy them
