When is the Liferay 6.03 Release Date?

I'd like to ask when is the release date for Liferay 6.03? Most of the bug fixes that I need for my project are included there. thanks!

I really wish that you guys were a little bit more forthcoming about new release information. I can quite understand that it can be difficult to say when work will be completed, but you must understand that all of us also need to make plans. Non-answers such as this are really not very helpful.

There is a code freeze in effect so it will be released next week, probably early in the week, but not until QA is done running all their tests.

I rather have a fully tested GA one week later than a buggy GA.

Furthermore you could always use the latest builds if you want it earlier.

I completely agree with this statement. My point was just that there is a need to provide timely info to the community, so we can make our own plans. I very much appreciate all the good work done and am not complaining about it. Congratulations everyone!

I agree with you Milan. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it being delayed even if it is delayed for a whole year. The only thing is that if that is the case then the community need to be informed.

If the community is informed of the release dates or if there is a delay then we can plan for it. Otherwise we just sit here and wonder and hope

I've already done several builds this past week. Waiting for QA to certify one of them on Monday. So release should be on July 12 or 13.
