how to create multiple sites in liferay 5.2.3

i am new to liferay, and i want to know how can i create and manage multiple sites in liferay5.2.3 (i have done this thing liferay 6.2.x) but how can i do the same in liferay 5.2.3

the problem is in liferay6.2.x there is a option in control pannel to create sites but in 5.2.3 ther eis no such option (* i dont want to upgrade my liferay to 6.x editions because there i will loose the support for alfresco site document library *)

please help me and (i would be thankfull if anyone can suugest me other version of liferay5.x where i can create multiple sites and have the support to alfresco site document library portlet )

LIferay 5.2 does not have sites so there you can find community. its nothing but site . so please create community .these you can find in conrol panel under portal section.
