5.2.2 Portal > Settings (No portal-ext counterparts?)

Within Portal > Settings, there is configuration for the following

name
virtual host
home url
mail domain
legal name
...

I do not want to change those settings through the front end. I wish to change those settings through portal-ext configuration; however, there are no settings for these. When registering a user, some of these settings show up in the welcome email, and I want to fix this. Are there any settings for these variables through configuration or must I set them here.

Unfortunately right now those things are set per server and not per instance.

I'm suggesting that this get changed - http://www.liferay.com:8080/web/guest/community/wiki/-/wiki/Main/Portal+Improvements
