It's not free but it is only $15 per user per year for the Pro version and it has sound.... Check out Jing - http://www.jingproject.com/

We use it ot make HOW TO videos for our users.

I'm already into camstudio, which is a free windows screen movie capturing software with sound. The market is full with things like that, this makes it quite difficult to decide ;-)
