New Selenium tests in 6.2

Hi,

While looking around for Selenium tests in Liferay, I found out that the new Liferay version 6.2x has a new way of running functionnal testing. There is a lot of ".function" and ".testcase" files now, so here are my questions :

• Is this an home/Liferay-made framework ? And if not, what is it ?
• Do you now write the tests in XML format (manual or with an IDE), or is it automated conversion from another format ?

I'm going to start automating Liferay 6.2 app using selenium. Can someone please provide me some reference or explain me how you have proceeded for the same.
