Maximize, Minimize and Close button not showing

Hi,

I am using liferay portal version 5.2.2
Maximize, minimize and close buttons are not appearing for any of the portlets.
I've tried using administrator login, power user login and guest login and for public and private pages.

Any pointers on how this can be solved will be helpful.

I think this problem is there with IE-6.
with IE-7, this pblm is not there.

It's working with IE7

Solution of adding theme.images.fast.load=false to portal-ext.properties works fine.

I am using liferay-portal 5.1 source code, Inside this i am using Help icon.Some times help icon display on portlet title bar or some times not displayed. This problem comes only in IE6 not to IE7 and Mozilla3.0.x.
I have tried so many ways just like theme.images.fast.load=false. But this is not working for me.

Please help me.Its very urgent.
