Open Documents and Media in browser, instead of "Save As"

I am experiencing a weird issue after upgrading from 6.1.0 to 6.1.1.
I am linking on a page to a file that was uploaded through "Documents and Media". Now before I upgraded when I clicking on the embedded link for the file on a page it would pop up in a new browser window and the file content would show in the window (flash file, that opens in new window). Anyhow now after upgrading to 6.1.1 when I click on the link I get the "Save As" file. Not sure if functionality in Liferay changed or what is going on? I tried looking at the Headers to make sure something funky wasn't going on there but no luck.
