how to configuration Microsoft Exchange POP3 mail server in "mail portlet"

hi,all:
my mail server is Microsoft Exchange only support pop3 and smtp
and i configuration the "mail portlet" to use it.
but it has exception:

Caused by: javax.mail.MessagingException: +OK The Microsoft Exchange POP3 service is ready.;

	com.sun.mail.iap.ConnectionException: +OK The Microsoft Exchange POP3 service is ready.

so portlet prompt "unable add account"!
please help me!
my configuration is:
address:[e-mail]
login:test1
password:*******
incoming host name:mail.gongheyuan.com
incoming port:110
outgoing smtp server:mail.gongheyuan.com
outgoing port: 25
