Webcontent template display categories filtered by Vocabulary

As far as i know is not possible to use jsp tags inside velocity so i can insert :

<liferay-ui:asset-categories-summary className="com.liferay.portal.model.User" classPK="<%= grp.getClassPK() %>" portletURL="<%=null%>" />

Is it possible to get the webcontent categorization filtered by Vocabulary (repeating.. filtered by vocabulary) inside velocity webcontent template?
