Can anyone throw some light on How to use XML RPC Invocation banner type of OpenX in liferay for displaying ads?

Hi,

Updates on full RESTful integration of Liferay 5.1.* (or above) and OpenX 2.6.3.

The Ad-services (integration with OpenX 2.6.3) are working fine now at http://liferay.cignex.com.

But two portlets: Ad Viewer and Manage Ads, have minor upgrading issue for Liferay 5.2.*. The previous version is working fine in Liferay 5.0.1 only.

By the way, we are planning to contribute these two portlets to Liferay community.

Hi Jonas,

There is one thing that i can't quite grasp. You talk about OpenX RESTful service, but is that a custom OpenX plugin? admanager-portlet.xml refers to a URL "http://docs.cignex.com/ad_services/services", which returns a RESTful HTTP response.
How should i go about with OpenX to retrieve the banners in a RESTful manner?

The second question is conserned with the OpenX zones. Is there a way to retrieve/configure zones as well via Liferay, because the current (Ad manager portlet, Ad viewer portlet) don't seem to be handling zones?

How to run openx in tomcat6 ?
I have installed php support to my tomcat 6 server.
After starting tomcat http://localhost:8080/openx/index.php gives empty page.

I have downloaded admanager and also deployed into tomcat/webapp but when i add this portlet then it doesn't show the content.

Here is error : description The requested resource (/ad-portlet/admanager) is not available.
