Errors and uncertainties (Social Office 2.0)

Hello, I installed 2.0 on liferay social office CE 6.1.1 but I have two serious errors:
- How I can share documents, events and forum threads with other computers users within a website?
- Private messages do not work, I can send a message to the user who created it, but others fail to Why?
