I have already integrated my mail id in server adminstraion. But it gave an error like The email address you requested is not registered in our database. when i clicked on forgot password

Those ids are completely separate.

The login is based upon the email address you used during registration and has nothing to do w/ whatever email addresses you've defined in the various control panel settings.
