Image Gallery customization

Hi all,

I am using LR 6.1 CE.
How can we make the Image Gallery portlet compact and attractive. I mean which jsp's or css do we have to override to change the layout style of image gallery?

You can get all the jsps under tomcat directory (liferay-portal-6.1.0-ce-ga1\tomcat-7.0.23\webapps\ROOT\html\portlet\image_gallery_display)
so you can design and apply CSS created by you on these jsps .

Yes I have created a hook and have imported all those jsps and css. But I am not able to figure out what property to edit or look for. I need that instead of all images only 3-4 images get displayed on the portlet and rest of the images are scrolled by sideward arrows, but the number of pages does not increase, i.e. even 20 images get stored on a single page but only the first 3-4 of them get displayed at a time.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi, Where should I find image gallery portlet? I mean does liferay has image gallery portlet?

Yes. Liferay has Image Gallery portlet OOTB included, which you will not get separately like other plugins portlet distribution wars.
And If you are using 6.1.x its merged into Documents & Media portlet.
