Exclude portlet from saas filter (CSS Validation fails) ?

Hi,
The DynamicCSSUtil crashes whilst parsing CSS from Dojo/Dijit : invalid CSS after "@import ": expected uri, was "url("../../../d...").

I tried some settings in the portal.properties but I've got other bad effects.

I checked the portlet tld's but there is no such thing.

Another thing is that the IDE plug-in creates ".sass-cache" folders in my eclipse project. Can I disable this somewhere ?
