Liferay 6.0 and Social Office

Hello, i need to work with LR 6.0 and i have to make a social network of patients.
At first time i thought yhat social office (1.5) could solve this problem but after working with it we saw that SO is a closed aplication, where we couldnt create pages or add portlets.
So what i need is to work with Liferay 6.0 and introduce the portlets that are included in SO.
So in this ponit i was reading at http://t.co/Fo8xcxmS but i have some questions about it...

Is the same way for LR 6.0 than is explained in this article ??
The portlets that are refered, are the 2.0 or 1.5 ones ? and this can be introduced in a LR 6.0 instalation ??

Finally if anything of before works, what I need is to add Social Office portlets to Liferay 6.0, can you tell me how ? by SVN ?? by download at Comunitty Plugings ?
