Unable to upload images in iamge gallery

Hi all,

I am using liferay 6 (CE), Mysql5, and tomcat6.... I am unable to upload image in image gallery... After i hit upload images button, liferay throws exception....
HTTP Status 500... Please give any suggestions u have... Thanks in advance...

Which OS are you running Liferay on and the exact revision of Liferay.
Also, where are you storing your images? The default is to the file system.

Thanks hitoshi, .. we just solved the problem by upgrading java... that was simple...

What was the exact issue, how come it related to java upgradation

Would appreciate information on which java version you were using when you got the problem so I won't make the same mistake.
