How to use this method "JournalArticleLocalServiceUtil.updateStatus(userId, classpk, status, serviceContext);"

This method is to check workflow status of particular web content.
It means you can use this update method and can change the status when you approve any web content.

Plz tell me the all values of parameters : "JournalArticleLocalServiceUtil.updateStatus(userId, classpk, status, serviceContext);"
Basically I wants more about the "service context".

Plz explain it briefly.
