some words missing

Hi, friends,
I'm Using liferay portal 6.0 with tomcat bundled.
I try to translate the portal in my language (persian-fa) and got some problems.
one of these problems is the some words are missing in language_fa.properties
such as "Table of Contents" and "FrontPage" in wiki.

How can I add these words to translation?

I looked into this some time ago;
It is a known issue.http://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-15122
The problem is it is coded in a third party library.
This needs an update .
