Subscription issue

Hi everyone,

According to my problem, I created

1. Create Organization and Community .
2. Inside the Organization I created the blogs,wiki.
3. Inside Community I created the blogs and wiki again.

The different is only Subscription could work inside the Community. Organization does not.

Notice that Is there any ways to work on any Organization or Community ?
what is the major differences ?

If anybody know that issues ?
