Liferay hook for importing lar into a new community on startup

Hi,

I am having an issue creating a new community and populating its pages with a lar file on startup. The issue that I am running into is that the lar import doesn't import portlet config, if the portlet being imported hasn't been deployed yet. For example, if I use the app startup hook, the auto-deployed portlets are not deployed yet and the lar import doesn't import the portlets properly.

I'd like to know if there is a way to get notified after all portlets have been auto-deployed? Is there a Liferay hook that is triggered after all portlets have been auto-deployed?
