problems with web content

Hi,

Please, we need your help with 2 themes:

1. When We are adding or modifying content appears the following message:
"Web Content is temporarily unavailable."

2. When, We want upload an image appears the following message:
"Upload a new file in this folder (Upload in progress, please wait...)" but does not end
