Join us for the first Denver Liferay User Group meeting for Thursday, April 18th from 5-7:00pm. The meeting will be held at 5602 S. Nevada Street, Littleton, CO 80120. Come meet and engage with Liferay developers, users, and enthusiasts from the Denver and Front Range area.
As the number of Liferay Portal implementations has grown, more users are looking for advice and knowledge from Liferay experts who have tackled all sorts of scenarios. We are hoping that by establishing this User Group it will bring together experts to share their experience and provide help and assistance to those looking to take their portal to the next level.
This first kick-off meeting will include a presentation by John Ryan titled Intro to Liferay - Learn what Liferay is, how others are using it, and how you can use it. John is the Founder and Systems Architect at Princigration LLC. Currently, a Software Architect, John got his start in Data-centric web tools. He became an expert at data mining and repair and began to focus on Systems Thinking. John has over a decade of Java/J2ee, web and database experience including Liferay and loves to solve problems and share ideas with people.
Following the presentation, we will hold a general discussion about future User Group meetings, important Liferay topics and potential Liferay presenters. The meeting will include time to socialize and network with fellow Liferay users. Food and refreshments will be served.
