Create form with multiple pages

Hello!

I am trying to create a mvc portlet with a form, however it is very large so I what to separate it on 3 pages. Similar as the forms created by Content option. How can I add pages to my form?

This is not a Liferay issue per se.

These days we use a lot of JS to make our apps responsive, so I would actually build this out as a single real form but then leverage CSS and JS to show/hide the separate divs on the page based upon interaction w/ the next/prev buttons.

This same sort of thing still works, even under Liferay.
