not getting the complete list of users in Control panel

Hi,

I have 28 users in user_ table but i am not able to see the list of users under control panel's "All Users" section.
I have tried doing search reindexing but no luck.

Can anybody help me with this?

I am using liferay version :liferay-portal-6.2-ee-sp5

Are they all active users? The control panel normally only shows the active folks.

Yes David,

All of them are active users. Even i am able to log-in with those users but it is the list which is not appearing in the Contol panel.

That points to an indexing issue. Do you have any custom plugins deployed? When you reindex in the control panel, see any errors in the logs?

Yes i got below error while executing search indexing.
