LF7 GA4 Incorrect tooltips and WYSIWYG icons/options

When I goto the web content editor and edit text or try to add an image the WYSIWYG popup shows incorrect buttons and tooltips.

I saw the same issue on my end. Do you see the expected results if you clear your browser's cache?

Everything seems to operate as I would expect after I cleared the cache.

I will let you know if the issue returns in any form.
