How to get liferay-popup in Action menu Button

Hii,

I have action menu button in my search container ie "Assign To" when I click I should get liferay popup, that should contain all user details ,when I click perticular user that row detail should assign to that perticular user . How to achieve this ? any idea...please help me

add click event for that button and use aui script to open the popup .
