Multi-word Tag and category URL for AP filtering

Hello,
I am trying to link from a web content display in Liferay 6.2 to an asset publisher on a separate page. The tag is a multi-word tag.
My URL is: /page-where-asset-publisher-resides/tags/multiple+word+tag
This is redirecting me to the page that has the AP, but is not filtering on that tag.
I'm assuming spaces are denoted by the plus sign.
Can anyone provide some insight into how to accomplish this?
Same is true for a category URL. When I've selected an asset in an AP listing and am viewing it in it's full view, I can't seem to click a category link related to that asset and return to the AP listing with results of that category. I've even tried taking the category url from the Category Navigation portlet. Clicking the category link just reloads the same page I'm on already.
I appreciate your time and assistance.
Andrew

In the target Asset Publisher did you check the option "Include tags specified in the URL?" ?
Note: this option is available only for Dynamic Asset Selection.

Hi Jacques,
Yes it is selected and has been.
It could just be me, but it seems like there are a lot of inconsistencies with the Asset Publisher in 6.2 GA5.
