Customize admin theme in liferay 7

How can I customize/override admin theme's one scss/css file ..

The right way to customize any theme is to create a new theme based on the one that you want to customize.

Why we use themelet ?
Can anyone elaborate that exact use of themelet in liferay 7 ?

Hi deep,

Themelets are reusable components that can be included in theme which contains css ,java script and templates code fragments that can would reusable across the application.

now another question is :- can I extends liferay's default theme/admintheme/classic theme using themelet as I want to just change class property in css ?
if not than How can I extends liferay's default theme ?
