we were using Liferay Social Office in one of our CE installations.
We now wanted to introduce some of its features (Tasks for example) into our main EE portal.
We then saw the price tag, which is on a user base, and we have some questions regarding the license:
1) What happens if we buy a 20 user license and deploy it on a liferay server that has already 800 users ?
2) We don´t want to "enable" Social Office in the Control Center - instead we only want to use the portlets that come with the Social Office Package, like Tasks, Events Display and Contacts Center. How does the "per user" license model work in such cases ? Does the "per user" license only come into place when we activate the Social Office for certain Users in the control center ?
3) Which license do we have to buy if we only want to use the portlets and never activate the "Social Office" in the Control Center for any user ?
