Android(LF SDK) No callback about file download process has been completed

While downloading the Image from the server I am using DownloadUtil.DownloadWebDAVFile where it requires a FileProgressCallback (callback). But It doesn't give any callback when the file is downloaded. How can we determine download process has been completed.
