Manage Page not opening after clicking link under the 'Manage' link

I am working in liferay 6.1-ce-ga1, when I click the link which comes under the 'Manage' link, the pop-up is opening but the form inside the pop-up is not showing. I am attaching the screenshot

Any exceptions in the log?
Did you make any customizations or install plugins?
Is there any errors in the browser console?
